PAPERLESS ORDER. On May 20, 2025, the Plaintiff served all of the Defendants listed on Schedule "A" of its Complaint. See Proof of Service [ECF No. [34] ]. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12 provides that a defendant must serve an answer within 21 days after being served with the summons and complaint. The Defendants' responses to the Complaint, therefore, were due on June 20, 2025. Some of the Defendants have appeared and responded to the Complaint, see, e.g., Answers [ECF Nos. [42], [45], [47] ], but the vast majority of Defendants have not, see generally Docket. So, by July 7, 2025, the Plaintiff must do two things: (1) move for Clerk's Entry of Default to begin default final judgment procedures against all remaining, non-appearing Defendants; and (2) file a notice on the docket indicating which Defendants aren't in default and what progress has been made in reaching a resolution with these Defendants.
