The Court notes that the motion is captioned as brought by a Plaintiff ("Shenzhen Kean Silicone Product Co., Ltd.") of a different name than the Plaintiff named in the complaint and on the docket, Star Wardrobe, Inc., though the Court imagines this is a typographical error. The Court also notes that Plaintiff filed the motion itself under seal, which is not procedurally proper. Rather, motions for leave to file under seal must be filed on the public docket, and any documents the party is seeking to seal can be provisionally filed under seal separately. In any event, rather than have Plaintiff file a duplication motion, the Court will excuse the error on this one occasion. The motion for leave to file under seal 2 is granted, as the Court finds good cause to seal the Schedule A to the complaint, and Plaintiff's other documents listing its registrations, at this preliminary stage of the proceeding.
