PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiff's Motion to Show Cause is hereby GRANTED and it is ORDERED as follows: 1. As sufficient causes have been shown, Defendants are hereby enjoined and restrained from engaging in any of the following conduct pending the final hearing and determination of this action or until further order of the Court: a.
