ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: The Infringing Products are set forth in Exhibits 3-1 and 3-2, which are attached to this Order. Plaintiff's allegations are presumed to be true solely for purposes of adjudicating its request for this Order.
